We provide white glove return/exchange service, using experienced return team specialists. And we make sure that the consignee is called, scheduling a convenient time for the return, usually within a 4-hour window. Service Options include:

We will pick-up the item at the residence or business you identify and return it to the facility you designate, insuring it is properly packaged |
| Field Exchange |
This 'swap' includes white glove delivery service of the new unit to replace the existing unit, which will be returned to the facility you designate. We will also place the new unit in the room of choice, assemble and remove any debris. |
| Packing |
We will use the new carton to re-pack the defective unit to be returned, supplementing it with additional material should it be needed and properly sealing it for shipment to you; in instances with no existing packaging, we can provide hi-grade materials to insure the unit is properly packaged, sealed and returned. |
